POSITION SUMMARY:
Achieve the learning program designed for Management Trainee, focusing on planning and logistics areas.
The program is combined of dynamic learning methods including in-class training, on-the-job training through day-to-day work and work assignments.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Warehouse Management:
WH Management: In-bound
- Receive daily materials and finish goods
- Prepare daily planning for in-bound activities
- Conduct housekeeping where necessary
WH Management: Out-bound
- Issue daily materials and finish goods
- Prepare daily planning for out-bound activities
2. Transportation Management
- Conduct daily truck planning and truck capacity planning
- Perform truck utilization management
3. Safety Management:
- Conduct Safety awareness training for truck and forklift drivers
- Perform equipment maintenance
4. Demand Planning:
- Conduct Commercial Forecast:
- Analyse market overview data
- Build demand forecast
- Statically Forecast:
- Analyse sales history
- Clear abnormal sales data and operate the data system (Future Master)
5. Supply Planning:
- Capacity Management: Develop scenario to solve the capacity constrain
- Tactical Production Planning: Conduct functional schedule, e.g. Brewing, Packaging, etc.
- Material Requirement Planning: Prepare functional material requirements
- Inventory management: Analyse failure modes of PA and Inventory
Job Requirement
- University degree. Economics, planning or relevant subjects
- New graduation or 1 year of relevant work experience is preferable
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Analytical skill
- Responsible and proactive of relevant work experience
- Computer Literacy
- Ambitious and enthusiastic
- Learning Agility
- English Proficiency

The program is combined of dynamic learning methods including in-class training, on-the-job training through day-to-day work and work assignments.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Technology:
- Manage ISO & HACCP
- Manage technology issues in Brewing
- Conduct suppliers and Identify unsafe conditions and Near Miss
2. Brewing
- Perform daily brewing operation
- Fix daily trouble shooting in Brewing
- Arrange daily/weekly production plan in Brewing
- Calculate capacity of OPI and Losses and propose improvement solutions
3. Total Productive Management
- Involve actively in PQ and APM Pillar and complete assigned TPM project
QUALIFICATIONS/ EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- University degree. In Sciences (Background on food processing/ Bio technology is an advantage)
- New graduation or 1 year of relevant work experience is preferable
